Kaitlyn Bailey Gay advises developmental artists, brokers creative alignments with licensing companies, management, publicist, and labels. Kaitlyn’s experience as a fashion model/stylist assists celebrity clients in image development for licensing opportunities. Additionally, Kaitlyn acts as a publicist on behalf of many literary authors across the southeast.

Kaitlyn Graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2017 where she then joined Frascogna Entertainment Law division. From 2010- 2014 Kaitlyn attended one of the nation’s top liberal arts schools, the University of South Carolina. During her time at Carolina, she traveled abroad studying the international court of England and The Hague. She was also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Fraternity. In 2014, Kaitlyn began working as a professional stylist, driven by her love for fashion and styling experience gained in the pageantry and modeling world.

Kaitlyn served the Mississippi Attorney General’s office as a law clerk for the Civil Litigation department from 2016-2017. From 2012-2014 Kaitlyn served as the public relations and brand ambassador for the NASCAR track, Darlington International Raceway. Kaitlyn has completed over 350 pro bono hours in the State of South Carolina and Mississippi.

Kaitlyn has worked diligently to raise thousands of dollars for the Children’s Miracle Network on behalf of the Miss America Organization. Kaitlyn has also worked tirelessly in the effort raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and its initiative to find a cure for breast cancer.

(1) Plant- Succulent love alert! I have quite the collection and had to bring some green to my work space. (2) Sunglasses- I am a designer shade girl and always have a few pairs floating around my desk. (3) Mug- a cup of hot tea is the first step in getting my day started. (4) Headphones- Music is life around this office. You will always catch me with my earbuds in hand. (5) Magazines- Fashion magazines are always a staple for me and a wardrobe inspiration. (6) Orange- I don’t always have time to break for lunch. Those days call for a fresh piece of fruit on the desk. (6) Laptop- My MacBook follows me everywhere. (7) Notepad- A necessity for dropping a quick note.
