Branden Moore
Branden Moore has a wide range of experience working with trademarks, copyrights, artist portfolio management, and royalty accountings, which has given him a solid platform to help his clients reach their full potential. Although Branden has broad experience in general entertainment and media, his interests lie in the video game market, where he assists video game studios in protecting themselves and their work from the legal pitfalls many fall into. With a lifelong love and constant interest in this exploding market, he has turned his passion into a career as head of Frascogna Law Group’s Gaming division. Catch him at video game conferences across the country, engaging in discussions on hot legal issues in the video game field.
Branden embraces the mentality of teamwork and supporting others, as was engrained in him during his many years as a football player. His love for the sport and his teamworking skills culminated in being named Co-Captain of the Samford University football team his senior year. Branden holds a bachelor’s degree from Samford University in Journalism and Mass Communications, with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. He received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Mississippi. During his time at Cumberland, he competed on the National Mediation Team and was the Director of the National Negotiation Team.
Branden returned to the firm after stepping away to serve as a judicial clerk for the 20th District Circuit Court in Madison County, Mississippi, working for Judge Dewey Arthur and the newly appointed Mississippi Court of Appeals Judge, John Emfinger.
In his free time, Branden enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, enjoying the great outdoors, fishing and golfing, and working out. Branden can be reached at bmoore@frascognalaw.com.
(1) Records- An avid fan of live music and art, Branden collects album records of his favorite bands and tries to get them signed if possible! (2) Golf- Branden’s father is a PGA professional, so he grew up playing his whole life. If you ever need a teammate in a tournament, Branden’s your guy! (3) Football- Branden was able to help lead Samford Football to its first ever conference championship his last season, something he will never forget. (4) Xbox Controller- A love for video games means always having your pro controller around to hook up to your laptop or phone to stream games whenever there’s time. (5) Phone- Discord is the way of the future for talking shop. You can find Branden active in many discord channels about intellectual property, music, video game development, and more. (6) Action figure- A true millennial all the way through, The Office is a major part of Branden’s style of humor. His gaming name is typically always some form of Jimothy- something real fans pick up on quickly! (7) Stickers- Branden and his wife have the cutest Australian Shepherd and Cockapoo.
