Throughout the history of Frascogna Courtney sports has always been a central element of the Firm both professionally and personally for the attorneys involved.

X.M. Frascogna, Jr. and both of his sons, M3 and Marty, have enjoyed the benefits of participating in high school and college athletics together with continuing less competitive sporting activities as adults.

In 1994 and 1995 Frascogna co-produced two National Football League Exhibition games at the 65,000 seat Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium. The game between Philadelphia Eagles and New York Jets was the first NFL game played in Mississippi after a 30 year hiatus. The 1994 game was followed the next year by the New York Jets and Houston Oilers.

The Firm has consulted on a wide range of sports matters ranging from game management of collegiate football games, Professional Football Scout Camps, athletic department operations at the secondary and college levels, steering selection committees for college football coaches, advising on brand management issues, representing college athletes and coaches in NCAA investigations.

In addition, the Firm represents a number of corporations and organizations that are engaged in an assortment of sports related activities such as design and installation of stadium banners, magazine publishers, elite athlete trainers, professional athletes and event promoters.

X.M. Frascogna, Jr. has authored a number of articles in coaches’ publications and X.M. Frascogna, III has produced a vast library of sports related training videos.
