SPECIALIZATION & EXPERTISE

Martin F. Frascogna specializes in the intersection between entertainment and international law. Currently representing entertainment clients in 34 countries spanning 6 continents, Frascogna is the youngest (and only) published author by the American Bar Association on issues concerning international entertainment related legal matters. In such Martin has become one of the world’s leading authorities.

EDUCATION

mc-law-iconMartin graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2009 and immediately joined Frascogna Entertainment Law division.

 

depaul-iconFrom 2006-2007, Martin completed his second Masters in International Marketing from DePaul University, and remains the only student to tailor the degree specifically to the music industry. DePaul University, recently ranked as the most diverse school in the U.S., honored Frascogna as one of their Top 14 Alumni under the age of 40.

mc-law-iconDuring 2002-2004, Frascogna obtained his first Masters Degree in International Communications from Mississippi College.

 

millsaps-icon2From 1998-2002, Frascogna attended one of the nation’s top liberal arts school, Millsaps College. During his time at Millsaps, Frascogna was a defensive back and kick return specialist for the football team where he received All-Conference honors in 2001 & 2002, along with an All-American candidacy in 2002.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Frascogna has served as a professional lecturer at the MIDEM Music Conference, the world’s oldest and largest music conference located in Cannes, France. For the last three years, Billboard Magazine has ranked Frascogna’s lecture as one of the top events to watch during the four day conference. ……………

ms grammy iconFrom 2001-2005, Frascogna served as Associated Producer in conjunction with The Recording Academy, to produce The Birthplace of America’s Music. The event was recognized by Vanity Fair as one of the “hippest events on the planet.”


PUBLICATIONS

Martin authored a series of e-books to assist artists with international expansion, was a contributing author to the ABA’s Entertainment Law book, and is an integral part of the Frascogna sports brand and all its associated products.
